What this covers
Using the Keeplight client portal at app.keeplight.ai. This page is a placeholder written in plain language so the portal can be tested; it has not been reviewed by an attorney yet and will be replaced before launch.
Feedback, bug reports and requests
- What you send: the title and text of a report or request, comments, your votes, an optional screenshot, and the page, browser and screen size captured when you send it.
- Review before others see it: the roadmap board is shared by every Keeplight client. Bryce reviews each post and comment before other clients can see it, and may edit the wording to remove names, company details or anything personal, or decide not to publish it.
- What other clients see: the approved title and text, its status, comments that were approved, and vote counts. They never see your name, your company, your email, the page you were on or your screenshot.
- Permission to use it: you allow Keeplight to use, edit and act on your feedback to improve the service, without owing you anything for it. You keep any rights you have in what you wrote.
- Please don't include other people's personal information, passwords, payment details or anything confidential that isn't yours to share. Crop or cover personal details in screenshots before you attach them.
- First read: when you send a report, an AI assistant (Claude by Anthropic) reads its text, with a short client code instead of your company name, and suggests a clearer version for Bryce to review. Nothing is published until Bryce approves it.
- Where it goes: to fix a bug or plan a request, Keeplight copies the approved text, with a short client code instead of your company name, into a private GitHub issue, where an AI assistant (Claude by Anthropic) may help investigate and draft a fix that Bryce reviews. Screenshots stay in Keeplight's own storage and are never copied there.
- Removal: Keeplight may hide or remove posts and comments. Ask bryce@keeplight.ai to remove something you sent.
